La Vache!, Hong Kong’s beloved Parisian entrecôte steakhouse and Peak Pizza, a no-fuss New York slice joint, have just opened in the heart of Central. Located on the podium at Exchange Square, this new chapter of La Vache! packs everything there is to love about the brand — the perfect entrecôte, endless golden frites, flowing wine and our signature, generous hospitality — as well as some new exciting additions: a La Vache! Bar with beers on tap and flowing vin, bringing back Central’s favourite drinking hub, and the restaurant’s first-ever private dining rooms. BLACK SHEEP AND DREAMS & DREAMS PRESENT DANCE ABOVE AT THE PEAK
For one magical night, in collaboration with co-creative director Hugo Belloy, a dance party bathed in nostalgia, glamour and electric energy will take place high up on The Peak. On 8 November, guests can unite for a chic celebration to the sound of two live DJs spinning iconic dance floor anthems from Elton John to Larry Levan and Madonna to Prince. It is a night where old faces and new friends can get lost in the groove, with unlimited decadent house-made indulgences available from La Vache! cakes, Messina gelato and cakes and cookies from Butter, for those who believe in the power of good music and a soundtrack that unites generations and emotions under the same electric spell.

OSTERIA MARZIA AND RAJASTHAN RIFLES LAUNCH NEW WINTER MENUS
Osteria Marzia brings the warmth of coastal Italy to Wan Chai with a new winter menu by Chef Alessandro Munelli, celebrating the ocean’s bounty. From the crudo selection, savour Japanese shima-aji with vibrant pomegranate tarragon accents and delicate chilli oil; tender baby cuttlefish with braised Montoro onions, black ink and colonnata lard; and slow-braised sea snails in tomato sauce, white polenta and basil. The pasta course introduces two new additions, handmade busiate pasta with Japanese Iwashi sardine, juniper berries and a wild fennel sauce and Mediterranean tuna belly enriching spaghetti with Sicilian capers and Taggiasca olives. For a soulful sea escape, the Zuppa Di Pesce showcases market fish, Hokkaido Asari clams, black mussels and squid in a rich seafood broth, while the Polpo E Fagioli features Mediterranean octopus with cannellini beans, friggitelli oil and celery leaves. These culinary treasures transport diners on a journey to the sun-drenched Italian shores providing a welcome reprieve from the city’s chill.
Atop The Peak with sweeping views, Rajasthan Rifles introduces a new winter a la carte and breakfast menu curated by Chef Palash, celebrating the comforting dishes of the colder months. Familiar curry classics, given a new lease on life, are designed to warm you from the inside out. Diners can expect to find new creations such as a slow-cooked Calcutta Lamb and Potato Curry, a lighter Goan Prawn Curry and a fragrant Kerala Fish Mango Curry, alongside new tandoors and seasonal specials. For a fresh start to the weekend, a new breakfast menu is also available, offering classic brasserie dishes and exciting new additions. You can enjoy the decadent Parsee-Style Prawn Pulao with apricots or fluffy Milk Bun French Toast, all while taking in the magnificent city views.

K BIN LO, AN EVENING OF HOT POT & KARAOKE AT PENG LENG JENG
This November, Peng Leng Jeng brings a new dimension to Hong Kong nightlife with K Bin Lo, bringing together two of the city’s favourite pastimes: hot pot and karaoke. Designed for friends, colleagues and anyone who loves to linger over food and laughter, K Bin Lo transforms every table into a hub of warmth, energy and Canto chaos.
You can craft their ideal pots from over 30 ingredients, including premium beef cuts such as Marbling Deckle, Oyster Blade and Prime Hanger, along with house-made pork balls and other classic selections. Four distinct soup bases — Satay, Tomato-Potato-Corn, Century Egg with Coriander and Pig Stomach with White Pepper — offer rich and distinctive flavours to suit every palate.

THANKSGIVING WITH BLACK SHEEP
Kick the season of family gatherings off right with an indulgent Thanksgiving at Buenos Aires Polo Club. The handsome Argentinian steakhouse is hosting its annual and indulgent family-style Thanksgiving Feast. Think generous portions of Provoleta Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with house-made bacon and whipped Mashed Potatoes with roasted garlic, served alongside a traditional smoked turkey with traditional stuffing. Of course, a traditional Thanksgiving always ends on a pie note. To finish, a choice of classic Pumpkin Pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
While pie is a year-round affair, a warm slice of home-made pie during the holiday season just hits different and Butter’s creamy classic Pumpkin Pie is dressed to impress for your next celebration.
