Inspired by the goddess of spring growth in Greek mythology, the ‘Feast of Persephone’ is an ode to the seasonal harvest bearing the promise of renewal. Crowning Persephone’s table are roasted lamb chops sliced thin through the bone and quick-grilled, served with a cooling tzatziki.
