Life in Tuscany revolves around food and wine, where locals embrace the seasonal ingredients and abundance of Toscana. For February’s edition, Chef Josh pays homage to the seasonal bounty, artichoke, transporting this culinary delight to our soulful Tuscan trattoria.

THE BROWN PAPER BURGER

Burger Circus | 1 – 29 February

Brooklyn attitude meets Lebanese culinary finesse in our featured burger. Inspired by the signature Brown Paper Board of New York’s zestiest grocer, Chef Edy Massih, savour a succulent beef kafta patty seasoned with sumac, layered with melty cheese, crisp onion, aromatic parsley, cool mint and tangy pickles.

Chef Gizzy and Chef Baskar bring the flavours of Hotal Colombo into this month’s Bánh Mì du Monde. This February, they pay homage to Sri Lanka with the ‘Seeni Sambal Chicken’ — a dish that embodies the island’s soul.
