Easter Feast at Artemis & Apollo
Following the time-honoured Greek ritual of eating lamb at Easter, Wan Chai’s Athenian taverna invites you to gather around the table with your family and friends for a Pascha Feast. Begin with a selection of signature mezze and a refreshing Greek Village Salad before moving on to the show-stopping Coal-roasted Lamb Shoulder served with crisp grapes and a sprinkling of rosemary. The Easter weekend feast ends on a sweet note with a special Tahini Fudge Brownie. 

Seafood Menu at Crown Super Deluxe
Treat yourself to a show this Easter as you grab a front-row seat at the teppan and dine on a curated seafood-focused menu. This seven-course meal is centred around the newly minted Saikyo Miso Cod and a teppan-cooked Spiny Lobster, sweet in flavour with a robust, meaty texture, tossed in a rich coral butter and piled onto two slices of garlic baguette. The menu also features a crisp Mizuna Salad, a selection of Assorted Toyosu Market Sashimi, Garlic Fried Rice and Lobster Miso Soup, to name a few.  

Club Brunch at Buenos Aires Polo Club
Sharpen your steak knife and revel in a relaxing afternoon at Buenos Aires Polo Club, where a regal Club Brunch awaits in the elegant equestrian-themed clubhouse. Sink into the rich leather banquettes surrounded by antique oil paintings, and prime your palate for a show-stopping Prime Rib, paired with an array of brunch exclusive Entradas, from the Plato de Marisco with Argentinian prawns to the Gaucho Omelet studded with spicy chorizo and shavings of provolone. The sumptuous affair is rounded out with a selection of Argentinian sides, and a table-side Crêpes Flambé for a show-stopping finish.   

Easter Nashta at New Punjab Club
Start your Sunday celebrations on a high note with a Punjabi breakfast feast from MICHELIN-starred tandoor grillhouse, New Punjab Club. For this special Easter Nashta, Chef Palash Mitra and the team are looking to make the day an extra special occasion this year by welcoming in guests with a special menu featuring nashta favourites including a seasonal Fruit Chaat with roasted cumin and mint and the Masala Cheese Omelette, made with Touriyan eggs, amul cheddar and tomatoes. Born from the rich agricultural traditions of the region, this menu culminates with a selection of mains, whether a Tandoori Grouper seasoned with housemade fermented nimbu achar ad carrom seeds or the creamy Mogewala Paneer Tikka, a spiced soft cheese with burnt leek ajika and paired with fluffy tandoor-baked Rogani Naan. Breakfast is inclusive of free-flow Masala Chai and orange juice, with à la carte cocktails available.  

A La Libanaise at Maison Libanaise
Wander through the winding SoHo streets into our colourful Maison and let Chef Teya treat you to a Lebanese feast this Easter. Begin with a series of traditional mezze from the house-made Hummus Bil Tahini and Baba Ghanoush that are perfectly scooped with hearth-baked pita bread to the refreshing Watermelon & Feta Salad; the feast kicks off with a spread made for sharing. As you delve into the heart of the feast, Chef Teya is firing up the grill with a variety of barbecued delights, from the Taklia-spiced chicken wings to the signature cauliflower with a baharat-spiced butter rub and prime cuts of grass-fed beef roasted over warm embers; guests are invited to dine on their fill of barbecued mains.

Agnello Alla Scottadito at Associazione Chianti
Head to the Tuscan trattoria and spend the Easter weekend gathered around a cosy table with family and friends as you savour a Tuscan Easter feast. Staying true to the tradition, Associazione Chianti is celebrating with a stunning table centrepiece; Agnello alla Scottadito, grilled lamb chops with fennel and mint salad. Choose from an extensive selection of Super Tuscan and Chianti wines from well-known vineyards across Italy or let the sommeliers take care of the decisions and simply enjoy Pasqua.  

Bánh Mì Chao at Le Garçon Saigon
Chef John Nguyen brings his favourite bánh mì rendition from Saigon to Hong Kong for the long Easter weekend. Served in a sizzling cast-iron pan, Chef John’s Bánh Mì Chao features a braised beef short rib, bone-in, served with cow cheese, pate, Vietnamese Ham and two sunny-side-up eggs all doused with a rich house-made bone marrow soy sauce. Presented with slices of fluffy French baguette and pickled veggies ready on the side, it is bound to be a treat!

Make Easter weekend a true family feast and let Chef Gizzy treat you to one of her family traditions: Chicken Lampire. Gather around the table and indulge in a Sri Lankan treat as you experience this shared piece of history with Chef Gizzy who presents one of the dishes her mother would make every year. Served on a banana leaf, this dish has a bed of yellow rice doused with rich, flavourful chicken kari and brinjal moju, fish cutlets and fried green bananas. Perfect for sharing, this piece of tradition will make you feel like part of the family.   

Easter Picnic on The Peak from Rajasthan Rifles
Spring is in the air and Rajasthan Rifles’ Mess Hall at The Peak has the perfect Picnic Hamper this April. March on up to Victoria Peak Gardens for a splendid burra-khana outdoors and bask in the sun for an Easter edition picnic complete with Anglo-Indian signatures including Chicken Tikka and Samosas served with chutney, alongside a special Roast Beef Sandwich and bottle of Sparkling wine. All hampers include blankets, flatware and a flask and all the trimmings for an unforgettable Easter feast.

Not to be outdone on Easter, a holiday that is primed for sweet treats, Chef Kayrs Logue is ready to introduce two new offerings that are certain to sweeten any celebration. Cute, compact, and classic try on the Lil’ Easter Chocolate for size. This 6-inch round is the perfect size for small gatherings and features a luscious chocolate cake layered with vanilla bean buttercream and swirls of salted caramel. All dolled up with sweet flowers for spring, this gal is sure to never to go out of style and is making a short and sweet appearance for Easter only. 

The Easter fairies over at Butter have been dreaming up the perfect breakfast, snack and dessert all-in-one that’s a little sweet and a little edgy. Introducing Bake-at-Home Raspberry Oat Bars, a do-it-yourself kinda gal with chewy oat cake layered with zippy raspberry jam, topped with crumble and pearl sugar. Finish with a stripe of raspberry icing and she’s good to go. Gorgeous as is, you can also give them a little razzle-dazzle with some whipped cream, fresh berries, icing sugar, or even a scoop of ice cream.

Available only for Easter weekend, the Chocolate Honey Tart is a smooth vanilla tart filled with creamy milk chocolate and a honey ganache before all topped off with a touch of honey caramel glaze and a dollop of vanilla whipped cream. This celebratory pâtisserie is just too good to resist.  

Snack Pack & Special Flavours at Messina
The Easter long weekend is near, and Messina is introducing a first class Easter Snack Pack to feed the whole family. Offering the best of both worlds, this year’s Easter set serves up to 6 people and includes a bake at home Hot Cross Bun Sticky Snail and 1L Triple Choc Gelato Hot Tub. The spiced sticky hot cross bun dough is laced with choc chips, vanilla custard and topped with a cinnamon malt caramel. Designed to be eaten with the custom Easter Hot Tub, each layer is made exclusively with Messina house-made chocolate, using Ecuadorian cocoa. Dining in?
