Expect new additions to the ten-day celebration like Magistracy Dining Room and FALCONE to showcase dishes that have quickly become fan favourites, setting the tone for the evening and quickly becoming one of the most in-demand menu items. Hong Kong’s reimagined piece of history, Magistracy Dining Room offers you the opportunity to enjoy dishes like the Classic Caesar Salad with house-made croutons, marinated white anchovies and grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, the showstopping 6-hour, slow-roasted Prime Rib or the dinner-exclusive Grilled Ora King Salmon served with a beurre rouge sauce and Pommery mustard butter.
The coveted tables of walk-in only restaurant FALCONE will accept reservations especially for the series, allowing you to jump the queue and enjoy the recently opened pizzeria Napoletana. Chase the unforgettable energy and flavours of Napoli with the Polpette, braised pork meatballs submerged in tomato sauce and dusted with Parmesan and a selection of neo-Neapolitan pizzas and pasta, from early favourites like the Rigatoni alla Genovese and Penne al Pomodoro to the classic Margherita and Diavola.
As Black Series continues, MICHELIN-Starred favourites BELON and New Punjab Club join in with curated menus filled with star-studded dishes at unbeatable value while lavish teppanyaki Crown Super Deluxe and neighbouring omakase restaurant Sushi Haru are offering exceptional value across both lunch and dinner. Grand Majestic Sichuan is ready to bring you on a culinary journey into the depths of Sichuan, broadening palates with a bountiful spread including favourites like Suan Rong Pai Huang Gua, China jade heirloom cucumber with garlic dressing, Bang Bang Ji, poached local three yellow chicken in sesame sauce and Dan Dan Mian, noodles with hand-chopped Kurobuta pork in a spicy sesame sauce to name a few.
From the heights of fine dining to the ground level of chill and cheerful, Black Series stops on all floors. Perfect for keeping things more casual, no-fuss, good times Taqueria Super Macho is introducing a perfect-for-summer Hamachi Tiradito alongside a line-up of signature tacos and, of course, add on Margaritas to keep the good times flowing. Over in Wan Chai, the brasserie-inspired Saigonese grillhouse Le Garçon Saigon brings a well-rounded menu of signatures to neighbourhood regulars.
For those looking for unbeatable value without the bookings, pop by everyday favourites including Butter for HK$50 slices from 3-5pm or make it three at Messina, where for every two scoops ordered gelato-lovers can receive a third on the house.
