This February, celebrate love across Hong Kong with Black Sheep’s curated Valentine’s Day experiences. BUTTER | VALENTINE’S DAY TREATS 

At Butter, love comes in all shapes, sizes and slices! This Valentine’s Day, you can skip the standard box of chocolates and treat a special someone to the Valentine’s Cake Box —a curated trio of Red Velvet, Triple Chocolate and Vanilla cake squares. For a little extra sweetness, lovers can fall for the Strawberry Rose Cookies: melt-in-your-mouth, heart-shaped shortbread cookies sandwiched with fragrant rose buttercream and tart strawberry jam filling.

MAISON LIBANAISE | LA FÊTE DE LA SAINT-VALENTIN   
Whisk your chérie to our Lebanese hideaway on Shelley Street for an intimate evening on our breezy rooftop oasis. With a menu designed to be shared, begin the evening with house-made Hummus Bil Tahini and Muhammara scooped up with soft Hearth-Baked Pita Bread. Follow with Halloumi Rakakat, flaky phyllo stuffed with halloumi and labneh, before diving into the flavourful main course of your choice, including Shish Taouk, chargrilled chicken skewers served with tangy tomato and toum or Fattet Kafta, a traditional casserole dish of kafta meatballs served with chickpeas, pine nuts and crispy pita bread. As the evening cools and brightens up with twinkling lights, conclude the meal with Chef Teya’s signature heart-shaped Rose & Olive Oil Cake.

HOTAL COLOMBO | VALENTINE’S DAY

Escape to the picturesque and romantic shores of Hikkaduwa Beach for a Sri Lankan feast this Valentine’s Day. Cosy up for an intimate evening in a tropical paradise with a moreish four-course menu by Chef Gizzy, surrounded by playful pastel-pink interiors, cheerful tropical uniforms and a sunny soundtrack. Begin your meal with a selection of popular Sri Lankan snacks such as crispy Chicken Pan RollsChilli Crab Dip served with papadum and Masala Vade with Chef Gizzy’s selection of chutneys. Follow with a choice of aromatic Lamb Shank Kari or Jaffna Prawn Kari, paired with a pink-hued beetroot hopper. What is better than celebrating amore in the cheesiest way possible? This Valentine’s Day, lovers can enjoy heart-shaped pizzas, the perfect way to say ‘Ti amo!’ Treat a special someone to a romantic dinner for two, straight from Napoli with love. The menu features classic dishes like Polpette al Sugo, braised meatballs with Calabrian chilli and tomato sauce, and our signature Neapolitan pizzas: the classic Margherita, the botanical Giardino Italiano and the flavour-filled Mimosa. Conclude the evening with traditional Italian desserts, including our signature Tiramisu or our indulgent Torta Caprese.

OSTERIA MARZIA | L’AMORE IN COSTIERA  

No one understands romance quite like an Italian, and Osteria Marzia’s Chef Luca is no exception. This Valentine’s Day, he presents an exclusive menu featuring eight delectable dishes that are sure to captivate diners. The feast begins with a half-dozen Roumégous N°3 Oysters served with a Lambrusco mignonette, followed by Sarde alla Beccafico with salsa verde. For the main course, you will enjoy Tagliatelle all’Astice with Boston lobster and a spectacular whole seabass served with Hokkaido Asari clams, Sicilian datterino tomatoes, seafood broth and fresh basil. Conclude the evening with a decadent Chocolate Heart Cake for a truly memorable celebration.
