With a menu designed to be shared, begin the evening with house-made Hummus Bil Tahini and Muhammara scooped up with soft Hearth-Baked Pita Bread. Follow with Halloumi Rakakat, flaky phyllo stuffed with halloumi and labneh, before diving into the flavourful main course of your choice, including Shish Taouk, chargrilled chicken skewers served with tangy tomato and toum or Fattet Kafta, a traditional casserole dish of kafta meatballs served with chickpeas, pine nuts and crispy pita bread.
