OUR WINTER POP-UP ONCE AGAIN INVITES GUESTS TO RELIVE THE NOSTALGIA OF A MOUNTAIN ESCAPE IN A REBELLIOUS WINTER RETREAT
Back by popular demand, the beloved Chalet des Alpes returns for another round of mulled wine, fondue and alpine charm. Situated in the heart of SoHo, Black Sheep’s much-anticipated winter pop-up invites guests to relive the nostalgia of a mountain escape in a rebellious winter retreat inspired by snow-dusted Alpine villages. From 17-26 January, Chalet des Alpes recreates the warmth of a traditional Swiss chalet, offering a rustic charm that captures the essence of après-ski without any of the mountain hazards or inclement weather. All the melty cheese and none of the freeze, for ten more days.

PEAK PIZZA’S SOHO POP-UP EXTENDED THROUGH JANUARY
The city’s current obsession, Peak Pizza, continues to steal the spotlight with acclaimed Chefs Matthew Kirkley and Josh Stumbaugh’s New York-style creations, complete with the takeover of the Stazione Novella bar. Due to overwhelming demand, this irresistible drinks-and-pizza pop-up has been extended for another month, giving bar lovers a chance to enjoy a not-so-dry January with special “Wet Jan” prices on draft beer and cocktails (58) as well as bottled beer and house spirits (48), giving pizza enthusiasts more time to enjoy its perfectly crisp bases, bold flavours and unmistakable NYC flair. Taqueria Super Macho is pleased to announce Chef Gerardo “Gerry” Barrientos Quintero as the new head chef of the good times, no-fuss taqueria. Having honed his skills in Mexico City and gained valuable experience across various cuisines, Chef Gerry brings with him a passion for Mexican culture and a flair for creating memorable dishes, elevating the guest dining experience.
Chef Gerry’s passion is expressed in a refreshed menu at Taqueria Super Macho. Drawing inspiration from his Mexican heritage and culinary expertise, additions like Barbacoa de Cordero (48), slow-cooked lamb, and Nopal con Queso (38), Mexican cactus with cheese, promise to delight diners with tantilising flavours alongside classic favourites. Guests are welcome to head to the come-as-you-are taco joint and experience Chef Gerry’s culinary vision firsthand as he takes the helm at Taqueria Super Macho.

FALCONE’S VINO PASTA BASTA KICKS OFF 2025 WITH ENDLESS PASTA AND WINE
FALCONE is set to welcome 2025 with a true Italian celebration at Vino Pasta Basta, embracing the Italian art of feasting with friends and family. This special evening showcases a family-style feast featuring Chef Josh’s culinary creations, including Insalata Mista with anchovy vinaigrette, Insalata Caprese with buffalo mozzarella and Gamberi al Forno with Calabrian chilli butter. LE GARÇON SAIGON HOSTS EXCLUSIVE VINTAGE EDITIONS EVENING WITH GÉRARD BERTRAND WINES
Le Garçon Saigon is set to host an exclusive Vintage Editions evening, celebrating Gérard Bertrand, the esteemed French winery renowned for being the world’s largest certified biodynamic vineyard.
