CHEF WILL GOLDFARB OF NETFLIX’S CHEF’S TABLE BRINGS ROOM4DESSERT FOR A TWO-NIGHT POP-UP AT THE MAJESTIC GARDEN
We are thrilled to welcome globally renowned pastry visionary Chef Will Goldfarb, star of Netflix’s Chef’s Table, for an exclusive two-night pop-up in Hong Kong. Chef Will and his acclaimed Room4Dessert team will take over Grand Majestic Sichuan’s The Majestic Garden to present G.O.A.T. VOL. I, a 7-course menu celebrating 20 years of his most iconic creations. Recognised as one of the World’s 50 Best Pastry Chefs, Chef Will is celebrated for his innovative, boundary-pushing approach to desserts, blending storytelling with gastronomy. Guests will enjoy savoury snacks, decadent desserts, and petits fours in an intimate garden setting that evokes the whimsical atmosphere of Room4Dessert’s Bali home. To complete the experience, expertly paired natural wines, cocktails and mocktails will be available.

CHALET DES ALPES RETURNS THIS WINTER TO SOHO
After a two-year hiatus, our beloved Chalet des Alpes is making its much-anticipated return, bringing the charm and nostalgia of a mountain escape to a new location in the heart of SoHo. This festive winter pop-up invites guests to step into a cosy retreat inspired by the lodges of snow-dusted Alpine villages. Situated above the hustle and bustle of SoHo, Chalet des Alpes recreates the warmth of a traditional Alpine chalet. Its rustic charm evokes everyone’s favourite part of a ski holiday the — après — without any of the hazardous skiing or inclement weather to grapple with. Whether rekindling fond memories of European winters or indulging in a festive fantasy, Chalet des Alpes offers a transportive experience, the spirit of an Alpine winter without leaving the city.

CHEF CHAN CHEK KEONG FROM TWO MICHELIN-STARRED FENG WEI JU AT STARWORLD HOTEL, MACAU JOINS CHEF THEIGN PHAN
Chef Theign Phan welcomes Chef Chan Chek Keong of Feng Wei Ju, a two-MICHELIN-starred Sichuan restaurant at StarWorld Hotel in Macau, for a one-night-only dinner at Grand Majestic Sichuan. The collaboration will showcase a meticulously crafted nine-course menu that explores the twenty-four nuanced flavours of Sichuan cuisine. Each dish will reflect both the rich history and contemporary evolution of this bold and complex culinary tradition, renowned for its boldness, pungency and distinctive spiciness.

VACANZE DI NATALE AT FALCONE
This festive season, FALCONE will host an authentic Italian-style celebration of Christmas, inspired by Nonna’s favourite holiday traditions. The restaurant will hold a Neapolitan block party, bringing the community together to enjoy the warmth, joy and delicious flavours of an Italian Christmas. Guests are invited to gather with friends and family to indulge in unlimited pizza, pasta and wines while enjoying live music as they celebrate the season in true FALCONE style.

A VINTAGE EDITION FOR EVERY PALATE
This festive season, Black Sheep celebrates fine wines with a series of wine dinners featuring vintage editions from renowned vineyards. At Ho Lee Fook, now an ambassador of China’s premier winery Xige Estate, winemaker Zhang Yanzhi presents bold wines from the biodynamic vineyards of Ningxia’s Helan Mountains, paired with a six-course menu by Chef ArChan. Meanwhile, BELON spotlights the storied legacy of Burgundy with five iconic wines from a historic estate led by Jean-Marie Fourrier, complemented by a five-course menu from Chef Jacob.

SHAKEN & STIRRED: A FESTIVE SOHO COCKTAIL CRAWL
Guests are invited to get in the mix for a festive edition of Shaken & Stirred, a cocktail crawl through the lively streets of SoHo. From refreshing margaritas at Taqueria Super Macho to late-afternoon highballs at Fukuro and a sneak peek at Black Sheep’s newest restaurant, it is a day of fun and flavour in Hong Kong’s buzziest neighbourhood.

FESTIVE TREATS AT BUTTER
What is festive season without sweet and decadent cake and pies? Indulge in the essence of the holidays with decadent cakes and pies at Butter Bakery, located on Staunton Street, starting from 2 December. Highlights include the Festive Red Velvet Cake and Cinnamon Crunch Cake, as well as the Caramel Cornflake Pie, a flaky crust filled with baked caramel custard topped with caramel cornflakes. Pair these with Hot Apple Cider or rich Hot Chocolate for a perfect seasonal indulgence.
From 9 December, Butter’s Cookie Truck at Pacific Place brings festive cheer with delightful seasonal bakes with Winter Sprinkle Cookie, a soft, buttery vanilla cookie topped with sweet icing and colourful Christmas sprinkles. For a limited time from 20–26 December, enjoy the spicy and charming Gingerbread Man, perfect for adding a touch of festive tradition to your celebrations.
