FESTA DEI SETTE PESCI AT OSTERIA MARZIA | 24 & 25 DECEMBER, DINNER ONLY

Enjoy a feast fit for a classic holiday experience on the coastal shores of Italy with Osteria Marzia’s Festa Dei Sette Pesci. Chef Luca Marinelli presents a menu brimming with the ocean’s bounty, from the classic Hamachi with sweet cherry tomatoes and aromatic basil, to the delicately prepared Seppia, an exquisitely presented cuttlefish with basil, pistachio, and a squeeze of Sorrento lemon. Tuck into the Lumachine, a tomato-braised sea whelk with mashed potatoes and the much-loved Acciughe Marinate, the perfect start to the meal with marinated anchovies dusted with raisins, pine nuts, fennel and garlic. The vibrant flavours of the Amalfi Coast are further highlighted with the handmade Linguine, with chunks of Boston lobster and date tomato. The centrepiece is none other than the Pescato Del Giorno prepared either acqua pazza or salt-baked for a showstopping tableside move. End a day along the breezy shores with handmade Cannoli Siciliani stuffed with ricotta and chocolate chips, finished with a hint of cinnamon and candied orange.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH AT MAGISTRACY DINING ROOM | 25 DECEMBER, LUNCH ONLY

Celebrate the magic of the season steeped in heritage and history under the vaulted ceilings of Magistracy Dining Room, the first dining destination of the multi-phase undertaking The Magistracy. The indulgent Christmas lunch menu highlights the crown jewels of London gastronomy and spirit. The menu opens with Pacific Blue Prawn Cocktail, Classic Caesar Salad, and the Double-Baked Lincolnshire Poacher Soufflé served with a gratineed Mornay sauce. While the star of Christmas is old St. Nick, the star of this timeless restaurant is an aged Prime Rib, slow-roasted for six hours before being crusted in mustard and crispy onions. Carved on tableside trolley, enjoy this special cut with all the fixings – Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream, and beef jus – and sides of Mashed Agria Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, and Oven-Roasted Baby Carrots. Leave room for the ever-popular Sticky Toffee Pudding topped with vanilla ice cream.

Cosy up in the pearl of SoHo with an evening of refined elegance as Chef Jacob Zuidervliet and team execute a special five-course menu that highlights the best seasonal ingredients. The evening begins with BELON’s signature sourdough bread and Brittany butter. Following the hors d’oeuvres, sink into two starters showcasing foie gras and langoustine, delicacies no respectable French table at Christmas would be without. At the heart of the menu is an exemplary duck that showcases the team’s classically-minded techniques. A chef-selected dessert rounds out this exceptional Christmas dinner.

A LAVISH HOLIDAY DINNER AT CROWN SUPER DELUXE | 25 & 26 DECEMBER

Pull up a front row seat for a one-of-a-kind teppanyaki experience as our skilled chefs entertain with a holiday menu at our lavish teppanyaki on Wyndham Street. The Holiday Deluxe menu features a decadent Wagyu trio of Australian Wagyu Ribeye (40g), A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Tenderloin (40g), and the thinly sliced Teppan Sukiyaki using A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Sirloin (40g). Teppanyaki favourites Wagyu Garlic Fried Rice and Miso Soup offer a warming touch to the cool winter weather. After a refined evening in the opulent dining room, cleanse the palate with a chef-selected dessert before retiring to the Whiskey Lounge for a nightcap.
