This April, we’re bringing a dynamic lineup of experiences that celebrate food, culture and community. From exclusive chef collaborations and an immersive wine journey to art exhibitions and Easter gatherings, the month is filled with opportunities to come together, indulge and explore.
A MEXICAN FEAST UNDER THE SUN WITH DOMINGO LOCO AT TAQUERIA SUPER MACHO
Smoke drifts from the parrilla, the sound of música Latina hums in the background, and the afternoon unfolds at its own pace. Domingo Loco at Taqueria Super Macho is about stepping into the warmth of a Mexican Sunday where the grill sizzles, the margaritas stay cold and there is no reason to rush.
The table is set with Guacamole and warm tortilla chips, the perfect start to a feast that feels both abundant and effortless. El Buffet Macho brings comforting classics like Frijoles Charros, slow-cooked black beans with pork belly and dried chilli and Ensalada de Nopal, a bright, zesty Mexican cactus salad. The grill fires up la parrilla à la minute, with sizzling cuts of Pollo Asado in salsa macha, Al Pastor marinated pork with pineapple, garlic-habanero bistec and a medley of flame-kissed vegetables.
Sip, savour and let time slip away with two hours of bottomless drinks that keep the afternoon flowing just right.
Every second Sunday of the month starting 13 April, from 12pm | 688 per guest | Book here.

‘THE LABYRINTH’ BY PHOTOGRAPHER CHRISTOPHER BUTTON ARRIVES AT HO LEE FOOK
A city never stops. A moment of stillness within the rush. ‘The Labyrinth’ by photographer Christopher Button captures Hong Kong’s underground stations in an entirely new light, empty yet electric, vast yet imitate. Having spent 11 years in Hong Kong, Button’s images transform some of the city’s most crowded spaces into a world of eerie stillness, his medium-format analogue shots evoking a sense of isolation and quiet drama, reminiscent of Kubrick’s cinematic style.
A long-time fan of Ho Lee Fook, Button is honoured to showcase his work in one of Hong Kong’s most iconic restaurants. “I’ve always admired Black Sheep’s interior architecture, styling and lighting design”, he says. “It is going to be incredible seeing my photographs on their walls”.
Exhibited in celebration of Hong Kong Art Week, ‘The Labyrinth’ invites guests to step into a different side of the city where the familiar becomes surreal and the underground becomes a world of its own.
‘The Labyrinth’ is exhibited at Ho Lee Fook until the end of April.

CHEF GABE CHAN OF HO LEE FOOK BRINGS CHINATOWN FLAVOUR TO LE GARÇON SAIGON
For Chef Gabe Chan, cooking has always been about connection — between cultures, memories and the people who share a table. His journey with Black Sheep began at Le Garçon Saigon, where he took his first steps in professional kitchens, learning the nuances of Vietnamese cuisine. Now, as the sous chef of Ho Lee Fook, he brings a limited-time special to the restaurant where it all started: dish inspired by his travels through Cho Lon, Saigon’s historic Chinatown.
While exploring its vibrant streets, he came across a renowned seafood restaurant known for its crab dish, Cua Rang Me (658). Speaking Cantonese with the team in Cho Lon — many of whom were descendants of Chinese immigrants — he felt an unexpected connection. The experience transported him back to Hong Kong, where sharing crab over cold beers is a time-honoured tradition, but here, it was reimagined through a Vietnamese lens.
1-30 April, available from Friday through Sunday, from 6pm | 658 each portion | Limited portions | Pre-order now.
