RAJASTHAN RIFLES – ANGLO-INDIAN FLAVOURS, VICTORIA HARBOUR VIEWS

Rajasthan Rifles pays homage to the mess halls of the 1920s British Indian Army, where Anglo-Indian flavours collided and history was made. This truly transportive destination restaurant delivers all-day dining with a dash of old-school charm. Chef Palash Mitra, the culinary maestro behind MICHELIN- starred New Punjab Club and MICHELIN-recommended Prince and the Peacock, leads the kitchen with his mix of technical brilliance and heartfelt storytelling—blending tradition with a touch of playfulness and a deep respect for South Asian culture.

Signature dishes include the Rajasthan Rifles Club Sandwich, soft white bread filled with chicken tikka, masala omelette and cheddar, as well as Anglo-Indian Fish N Chips, Keema Anda Pau, and the heritage-inspired Railway Mutton Curry. Sunday breakfast specials invite guests to start the morning with hearty creations like Rifles Rolls, The Full Hazry, and the crowd-favourite Chicken Karahi. FALCONE – NAPOLI’S SOUL MEETS HONG KONG’S SUMMIT

FALCONE is an all-day pizzeria Napoletana inspired by the chaos and beauty of Napoli, where every meal is a celebration of colour, emotion and togetherness. Helmed by pizza queen Chef Roberta De Sario (#85, World’s Top Pizza Chef Awards 2025) and Chef Josh Stumbaugh (Associazione Chianti, Peak Pizza), FALCONE embraces the bold spirit of neo-Neapolitan pizza—honouring tradition while daring to push boundaries. With a dedicated all-you-can-eat kids’ menu (HK$78) and fun activities fromfoosball to giant Jenga, FALCONE offers a lively spot for families to gather and enjoy handmade pastas and creative, rule-bending Neapolitan pizzas.

Exclusively on The Peak, menu highlights include the Mortadella e Ricotta (HK$258), topped with pistachio for a satisfying crunch, and the returning Salsiccia e Zucca (HK$258) with creamy fior di latte, Japanese pumpkin, sausage, and gorgonzola. Seafood lovers will appreciate the soulful Zuppa di Ceci e Vongole (HK$288), a comforting blend of chickpeas and clams, while the Strozzapreti Basilico e Tonno (HK$288)—hand-rolled pasta with basil and tuna—showcases the chefs’ skill.

LA VACHE! – PARISIAN CHIC, PEAK PERFECTION

Already a beloved Hong Kong institution with locations in SoHo, Tsim Sha Tsui and Admiralty, La Vache! at The Peak elevates the steak frites experience to dazzling new heights. Here, Parisian entrecôte flair meets the most breathtaking views of the city, offering a truly magnifique setting for any occasion. With playful murals, unique design touches that feature the iconic Betsy Cow mascot and an atmosphere made for indulgence, this is the ultimate destination for celebrations, special occasions and unforgettable date nights.

As always, the menu stars a succulent USDA Prime ribeye with special house sauce, delicately crispy golden frites and a fresh green salad with walnuts, all served as part of the steak-frites set for HK$418 per person. PEAK PIZZA – A NEW YORK SLICE ABOVE THE REST

Peak Pizza is flipping the city’s pizza game on its head with New York attitude, sky-high views and a whole lotta cheese. Spearheaded by Chef Matthew Kirkley, a multiple MICHELIN-starred talent with a resume that features Hong Kong’s Pearl of SoHo, BELON, L2O, Coi and others, and Chef Josh Stumbaugh, who has brought his passion from Philly’s farmer’s markets to running Barbuto’s famed kitchen in New York and even cooking for the Obamas, this dynamic duo brings serious culinary pedigree to every slice. Peak Pizza delivers thin, foldable crusts and bold, satisfying flavours. Their expertise elevates the classic New York slice into a must-try experience, perfect for enjoying on the go or while gazing at the city below.

Slices start at just HK$38, and whole pies from HK$208. Classic Cheese, Pepperoni, and Vegetable are always on deck, all loaded with rich sauce and the foldable New York-style crust, alongside bold topping options including sweet-and-salty Hawaiian, White three-cheese, Buffalo Chicken and a surprise Chef’s Special each month. MESSINA – SCOOPED TO THRILL

Messina, Australia’s cult-favourite gelato brand, has made waves in Hong Kong since 2021. The Peak outpost serves up Hong Kong’s favourite scoops of joy with a laid-back Aussie vibe, ideal for relaxing inside or outdoors while admiring the stunning views. Chef de Cuisine Jared Plaxe oversees the development of new flavours, bringing his creativity to the table with head-turning specials for regulars and tourists alike.

With 40 flavours—30 signature classics, five Hong Kong exclusives, and five rotating specials—each scoop is freshly churned daily with ingredients and mix-ins all made in-house, starting at HK$45. The Peak store features Hong Kong exclusive flavours such as Egg Tart, Black Sesame Tong Yuen, Hong Kong Milk Tea, Tofu Fa and the recent debut of Betsy’s Brest, a pâte à choux gelato with hazelnut mousseline and caramel almond crunch, to celebrate the opening of La Vache! BUTTER – SLICE INTO CELEBRATION

Butter is a tribute to classic Americana and the simple joy of celebration. In the spirit of Julia Child’s famous philosophy that “a party without a cake is just a meeting,” Butter’s retro spirit and irresistible desserts make it the go-to for birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties or spontaneous treats — anywhere life’s sweetest moments are savoured.

Signatures include the Red Velvet Cake with classic cream cheese frosting, fudgy Triple Chocolate Cake, the spiced Carrot Cake, studded with pineapple and finished with tangy cream cheese frosting and slice of the day.
