Ten Years Of Carbone In Hong Kong

Celebrating a decadent decade of red sauce, burgundy tuxes and over-the-top good times.

Carbone, Mario Carbone’s eponymous New-York Italian red sauce juggernaut and home for many of Hong Kong’s most opulent celebrations, is throwing a celebration of its own this month. And to mark ten years of bringing Manhattan’s red sauce legacy to the heart of Central, we are pulling out all the stops.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD YEAR

28 – 31 October

We are throwing things back to where it all began, offering a menu of our signature Carbone classics at their 2014 prices.

This menu is priced at HK$818 for two, and will be available for dinner from 28 to 31 October. Carbone’s lineup of classic cocktails and select wines by the glass will also be available for HK$88 during this same period.

 

AIN'T SHE SWEET

2 – 8 November

Messina and Chef Mario Carbone have teamed up to create a Carbone NY Lemon Cheesecake-Inspired Gelato in honour of the restaurant’s incredible ten-year run here in Hong Kong.

This celebratory gelato flavour will be available in-store and for delivery from 2 to 8 November, priced from HK$70 for a single scoop.
