SoHo’s favourite Italian spritz bar returns to its corner — louder, brighter and ready for golden hour.
Back by popular demand, Stazione Novella, Hong Kong’s original Italian spritz bar, returns, pouring bubbly spritzes on tap, serving up aperitivo hour the way it should be and bringing the city’s most beloved corner bar back to life.
Inspired by the bars that line train platforms across Italy, Stazione Novella is all about simple pleasures done right. A strong espresso to kickstart the day. A spritz at sunset to slow it down. No reservations, no pretence, just good drinks, good people and good times that have you missing that next train on purpose.
“The SoHo community is where it all began for us, and while we have had fun running pop-ups over the past year, the neighbourhood told us clearly what they wanted: the Stazione they fell in love with,” says Black Sheep Founder Syed Asim Hussain. “This bar has always been a small part of their day and a big part of our story. We are thrilled to bring it back in full colour.”
From morning to late, Stazione Novella hums with energy, the clink of cups and glasses, espresso shots in the morning, golden-hour spritzes at sundown. The all-day menu brings back Italian favourites perfect for a quick bite or a long catch-up, while aperitivo from 5–7pm keeps things lively with complimentary bruschette and savoury bites for the early-evening crowd.
Behind the bar, the spritz takes centre stage. Eight versions lead the charge, including Aperol and Limoncello Spritz on tap, plus a rotating special that keeps things fresh. For wine lovers, a focused list of Italian vintages by the bottle and glass travels from Tuscany to Sicily to Lombardy, each chosen for easy drinking and warm conversation.
Back where it belongs, Stazione Novella is once again SoHo’s favourite meeting point, an espresso in the morning, a spritz in hand by sunset and the unmistakable hum of Hong Kong nights that never really end.
