The spirit of the season is all around at BELON, where Chef Jacob Zuidervliet brings his childhood memories of family trips across Europe to life through a four-course dinner. The journey begins with a velvety Foie Gras Torchon, poached in mulled wine, paired with Fuji apples and pecans to capture the cosy essence of holiday gatherings. Next comes the grilled Dover Sole, stuffed with Brussels sprouts and jamón, resting in a rich ‘Noël Jamón’ sauce. The star of this meal is the Venison en Brioche, a masterpiece of tender, medium-rare venison wrapped in a golden, buttery pastry. The evening concludes with a nostalgic Montblanc, the perfect sweet finale to each guest’s yuletide celebration.

FESTA DEI SETTE PESCI AT OSTERIA MARZIA
A classic holiday experience arrives from the coast of Italy with Osteria Marzia’s Festa Dei Sette Pesci. Chef Luca Marinelli presents a menu brimming with the ocean’s bounty, from the classic Polpo alla Luciana, braised octopus on a bed of mashed potato topped with tomatoes and basil, to the delicately prepared Tagliatelle di Seppia, shredded cuttlefish tossed with cucumber and apple finished with smoked oil and puffed quinoa. The comforting Cozze in Guazzetto makes the perfect start to any meal, with freshly caught mussels cooked in an umami-packed crab broth. The treasures of the Amalfi Coast are further highlighted by the handmade Calamarata all’Astice, with chunks of Boston lobster and Datterino tomatoes. The centrepiece is none other than the Branzino alla Griglia simply grilled and served with potato, thyme and olives. The festive day channels Italy’s breezy shores with house-made Sorbetto di Arance Rosse and Panettone.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH AND FESTIVE SUNDAY ROAST AT MAGISTRACY DINING ROOM
A festive experience steeped in heritage and history awaits under the vaulted ceilings of Magistracy Dining Room, the first dining destination of the multi-phase undertaking The Magistracy. The indulgent Christmas lunch menu highlights the crown jewels of London gastronomy and spirit. The menu opens with Pacific Blue Prawn Cocktail, Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait, or the Smokin’ Brothers Thick Cut Scottish Smoked Salmon. The star of this timeless restaurant shines on the Roasted Bronze Turkey with sage and onion stuffing, served with fresh cranberry sauce. An alternative is the classic Slow-Cooked Rib of Beef served with roasted vegetables and horseradish cream, among other delectable options. This midday feast concludes with a 70% Dark Chocolate Pudding served with vanilla whipped cream.
Guests seeking an earlier celebration can take part in a Festive Sunday Roast on 8 and 22 December. The meal opens with Prawn Cocktail Crumpets adorned with Mary Rose sauce or the Fines Herbes Salad, making way for Chef Alyn’s expertly prepared roasts and main selections such as Roasted Bronze Turkey and Double-Baked Lincolnshire Poacher Souffle. These delectable dishes are served alongside Christmas spices glazed carrots, creamed spinach, roasted potatoes and Yorkshire puddings for the table. The feast concludes on a high note with White Chocolate Panna Cotta with clementine and gingerbread cream or baked Alaska for two.

AN INDULGENT CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON AT BUENOS AIRES POLO CLUB
Christmas Day is best spent tucked away in our handsome Argentinian steakhouse. Guests are invited to sink into the rich leather banquettes and enjoy Argentinian classics like Empanadas and Provoleta before diving into the Mariscos raw bar and General Pico Black Angus Ribeye carving station. Thirsts are sated with two hours of infinite pours of rich, full-bodied Malbecs and expertly prepared martinis, then complemented by a dessert bar filled with Pasteles, Frutas and French Toast. An Espresso Martini marks the end of a perfect afternoon.

FFC AT FUKURO
Fukuro pays tribute to the Japanese tradition of savouring fried chicken with friends and family during the Christmas holiday. As the city slumbers, the SoHo izakaya comes alive with the aromatic crispy chicken and the chatter of the city’s night owls. Inspired by the iconic Chicken Nanban from Miyazaki, Chef Kazunari Araki introduces his twist on a Japanese classic with FFC (Fukuro Fried Chicken). This dish, which originated in Nobeoka City, elevates the traditional karaage by dunking the crispy succulent chicken in a sweet-and-sour vinegar sauce before topping it with rich tartar. Chef Kazu pays homage to his cultural favourite while adding his flair, accompanied by house-made tsukemono, okonomiyaki fries and sizzling clay pot rice.

BȖCHE DE NÖEL AT LA VACHE!
Parisian entrecôte steakhouse is bringing back its classic holiday desserts with the return of the Chestnut Pear Bûche de Noël, a vanilla sponge layered with poached pear, chestnut confit and chestnut mousse finished with a vanilla Chantilly cream, and the crowd favourite, Chocolate Cherry Bûche de Noêl, both decorated with meringue kisses and festive holiday chocolate stars.

Burger Circus is shaking up some holiday spirit with the return of its holiday-themed Naughty & Nice Milkshakes. Guests can stay sweet and opt for the Nice version featuring vanilla gelato with strawberry syrup, whipped cream, red and green sprinkles and a candy cane topping, but if they find themselves on the Naughty list this year, they have their choice of a vanilla or caramel gelato, spiked with a shot of whisky, topped with caramel or chocolate syrup and gingerbread cookies
