La Vache! is a neighbourhood steakhouse that provides a distinctively Parisian dining experience in the heart of Hong Kong’s vibrant SoHo district. Inspired by the spirit of old Parisian brasseries, the restaurant pays homage to the renowned Relais de Venise by offering a simple menu where diners enjoy just one dish: a green salad followed by steak frites served with generous pots of béarnaise sauce made according to La Vache!‘s secret recipe.
With more than a decade of kitchen experience and a passion for the culture of food, Group Executive Chef Tony Ferreira joined Black Sheep Restaurants via La Vache! as a key member of the opening team. Originally from Hong Kong, and raised in Vancouver, Tony began his restaurant career in high school and earned a degree in culinary arts from Vancouver Community College. In 2007, Tony returned to Hong Kong and worked at many popular restaurants before joining Black Sheep Restaurants in 2012 to assist co-founder Christopher Mark in running the company’s restaurant kitchens. Since joining, Tony has played an integral role in shaping the success of La Vache!, Motorino, Burger Circus and Chôm Chôm.
