Burger Circus brings the convivial spirit of classic American diners to Hollywood Road in Central, Hong Kong. A menu of freshly ground burgers, fries and sides is complemented by all-American desserts, milkshakes, house-made sodas, beer and wine. A playful and inviting train carriage-shaped dining room references the late-19th-century American diners, operated out of abandoned railway cars, welcoming guests from lunch until late.
