After 20 years in iconic culinary institutions, Matthew Kirkley brings his passion and dedication for his craft to BELON. He has worked in the world’s finest kitchens, leading Chicago’s L2O and COI in San Francisco to two and three MICHELIN Star status’ respectively. He was then honoured to stand on the culinary world’s biggest stage, representing Team USA at the Bocuse d’Or 2019. It is Kirkley’s precise execution and attention to detail that continues to propel BELON on its climb for excellence.
