Born in Istanbul and trained in Berlin, Chef Mina Güçlüer brings a refined, modern sensibility to BELON's kitchen. She joined the team in 2019 as Chef de partie and rose through the ranks under the mentorship of Chef Matthew kirkley. Her approach to cooking is rooted in classical French technique, elevated by subtle nods to her Mediterranean roots. Now, as Head Chef, her elegant, precise style marks a new chapter for BELON, while continuing to deliver sincere, modern French cuisine.
