In July, the featured bánh mì of the month is a nostalgic creation by two familiar faces in our world, Marc Hofmann and his brother, Luc. This French Riviera Bánh Mì encapsulates their cherished memories and is best enjoyed with a refreshing Panaché, a mixture of beer and Sprite. With fresh and summery sandwich features chunks of tuna on top of tangy tomato, crisp baby gem lettuce, sliced boiled egg and black olives doused with pesto and French vinaigrette, nestled in between a fluffy baguette, offering a taste of their fond memories and adventures with their father.
