Step into our fiery fever dream of a kitchen, and bask in the magic behind Sichuan cooking in an experience designed to give you a first-hand look at where culinary icons are made. Helmed by Chef Theign, spend the afternoon in our kitchen, exploring the traditions, techniques and deep layers that make the Sichuan experience so special, all while sipping on Champagne and finishing off with dessert on our garden terrace under the sun.

– Grand Majestic Sichuan Cooking Classes are private and designed for two. For larger classes, please reach out to [email protected].
– Classes are available daily from 3-5pm.
– Guest will learn how to make eight signature Sichuan dishes, and are welcome to stay on for dinner in Grand Majestic Sichuan after their class.

– We kindly ask that reservations for Experiences be made minimum 72 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to availability.
