Shaken, stirred, served neat or on the rocks, let us shine a light on the art of cocktail-making, with icons including the perfect Martini and the ever-classic Americano, Carbone-style.
For immediate deliveries, we recommend sending a digital card. Every physical card is handled with care by one of our team members, from preparation and packaging to delivery. We deliver across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, for deliveries outside of these areas, please contact [email protected].

– Classes are available from 2-5pm on Saturdays.
– In true New York-Italian spirit, guests will enjoy three hours of generous snacks, their own cocktails and abundant Carbone hospitality.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– This card is valid for 12 months from the date issued.
– Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
– Cards cannot be exchanged or used in conjunction with other promotions.
– Any amount exceeding the value of this card must be settled in full by cash or credit card.
