BLACK SHEEP RETURNS TO ART CENTRAL WITH EAT CENTRAL
Black Sheep returns to Art Central for the third consecutive year as the fair’s exclusive food and beverage partner, presenting a new and expanded edition of Eat Central. This year, Eat Central transforms into a curated destination where guests can experience five of Black Sheep’s most beloved restaurants in one place. The line-up includes Cantonese classic dishes from Ho Lee Fook, a heart-warming Greek taverna menu from Artemis & Apollo, French favourites from Jean-Pierre, Neo-Neapolitan pizza and pasta from FALCONE and sweet scoops from Messina, Hong Kong’s favourite gelato.

HO LEE FOOK WELCOMES BANGKOK’S I-SANG FOR A TWO-NIGHT CANTONESE AND KOREAN BARBECUE COLLABORATION
Ho Lee Fook continues its series of cross-city chef exchanges with a two-night collaboration alongside Bangkok’s I-Sang. Led by Chef ArChan Chan and Chef Steve Sanggun Lee, the eight-course menu explores the natural affinity between Cantonese roasting traditions and Korean barbecue.
At I-Sang, Chef Steve’s cooking draws from his Korean heritage while working closely with regional Thai ingredients—an approach that mirrors Ho Lee Fook’s own modern interpretation of Cantonese cuisine. The collaboration centres on fire, fermentation and the communal rituals of dining, bringing together two kitchens with a shared instinct for bold, expressive flavours.
The menu moves from comforting and nostalgic to smoky and celebratory: a nourishing Ginseng Chicken Soup enriched with fish maw and abalone opens the meal, followed by snacks such as Korean-style Marinated Raw Prawn with Maotai and Hanwoo Beef Tartare lifted with young mango and gochujang. The experience builds into a barbecue feast featuring Hong Kong-style Suckling Pig, Bone-in Pork Belly and Lychee-Marinated Hanwoo, served with banchan, lettuce and condiments for wrapping and sharing. Dessert closes with a playful nod to Korean street sweets — Hotteok paired with soy milk ice cream and black sesame praline.
Rooted in smoke, marinades and convivial dining, the collaboration reflects a meeting of two cities and two culinary languages spoken fluently through live fire.

A RETURN OF BELOVED PLATES AT FUKURO
This March, Fukuro brings back a selection of signature dishes reviving what Fukuro has always done best: comforting Japanese flavours sharpened with unexpected depth and a sense of fun. The cult-favourite Potato Salad with taro chips opens the meal, followed by the iconic Sushi Taco, featuring market fish in a crisp gyoza skin shell and finished with wasabi mayo. Heartier cravings are met with Kimchi Udon, enriched with sweet snow crab and uni miso for a rich, warming bowl that bridges Japanese and Korean influences. From the grill, Grilled Scallops with oyster butter deliver deep umami—briny, smoky and indulgent in equal measure.
