Move over Sugar Plum Fairy, seasonal specials from Chef Karys and the Butter team will be stealing the show at every dessert table. This time, the cake shop’s showstopper is returning with a twist – introducing Lil’ Candy Cane Checkerboard, a rich 6-inch red velvet and vanilla checkered cake, covered in creamy icing with the slightest hint of peppermint, decorated with crushed peppermint candies. New to the line-up this year is Pistachio Cherry Pie. This Santa-approved treat has lemon cookie crumb crust filled with pistachio mousse and cherry jam, dressed for the occasion with fluffy vanilla whipped cream.

MESSINA | PEPPERMINT BROWNIE HOT TUB
Each Peppermint Brownie Hot Tub is created with layers of mint gelato and dark choc chip gelato, brownie chunks, and topped with a pastel green meringue winter wonderland. Made using Messina house-made chocolate, you can be sure that a whole lotta love has gone into each and every tub. With one litre of deliciousness to go around, there will be enough to satisfy second and even third helpings. Those familiar with Messina already know the drill: these limited edition tubs sell out fast, so get moving!

LA VACHE! | BȖCHE DE NÖEL
Our classic Parisian entrecôte steakhouse is bringing back its holiday desserts in irresistible fashion this year. Welcome the return of the Chestnut Pear Bûche de Noël, a vanilla sponge layered with poached pear, chestnut confit and chestnut mousse before being finished with a vanilla Chantilly cream, and the brand new Chocolate Cherry Bûche de Noêl, both decorated with meringue kisses and festive holiday chocolate stars.

STAZIONE NOVELLA | PANETTONE & VIN BRULÉ
This holiday season, give the gift of a traditional Milanese Panettone. Choose from the classic Gran Milanese made with Bonifanti dough, sultana raisins and candied citrus peels finished with a light dusting of sugar or go for the Glassato al Cioccolato for something a little sweeter. Grab a coffee in-house and treat yourself to a slice drizzled with warm mascarpone all month long, or order whole and have it delivered with GO. No celebration is complete without a seasonal tipple, so keep the festivities going with DIY mulled wine kits, or Vin Brulé from the Florentine wine bar.

BURGER CIRCUS | NAUGHTY & NICE SHAKES
Burger Circus is shaking up some holiday spirit with the return of its holiday-themed Naughty & Nice Milkshakes. Stay sweet and opt for the Nice version which features a waffle cone gelato with strawberry toppings. If you find yourself on the Naughty list, indulge in your choice of a vanilla or chocolate gelato, spiked with a shot of whisky, topped with crushed peanuts and hazelnut praline.
