WIN A TRIP FOR TWO TO NAPLES WITH MOTORINO.

From now until 25 February, order any pizza while dining-in at Motorino and ordering through GO, for delivery or pick-up, to be entered into the #MILEPIECLUB. Led by our chef pizzaiolos, the winner and a guest of their choice will embark on a three day pizza-eating tour from 4 to 6 March, 2019 tasting the best the city has to offer.

Motorino is Hong Kong’s only chef-driven pizzeria. Our skilled pizzaiolos make every pie to order using premium Italian ingredients, including prosciutto sourced from Parma, vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Naples. All pies are baked in a custom-made Stefano Ferrara oven at extremely high temperatures for less than ninety seconds, resulting in a malleable pizza that is soft on the inside, and slightly charred and chewy on the outside.

Founded in 2008 by Chef Mathieu Palombino in Brooklyn, Motorino quickly became recognised as ‘New York’s best pizza’. Black Sheep Restaurants co-founder Asim met Mathieu when he lived in New York and was a regular at Motorino. Across the world, the idea of opening a pizzeria had been brewing in co-founder Chris’ head for years. He took the leap and apprenticed for three months under maestro pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia, at his world-renowned Pizzeria La Notizia in Naples, to study the craft of Neapolitan pizza. He returned determined to bring true Neapolitan pizza to Hong Kong.

In 2012 these three Neapolitan pizza enthusiasts came together and Motorino was born. It took some time for the appetites of Hong Kong diners to warm up to the Neapolitan style. But, sticking to their guns and refusing to give up on a product they believed in eventually paid off, and Motorino is still the considered the best pizzeria in the city. To stay on top, our chefs regularly visit Naples to learn, source ingredients and be inspired, and this is your opportunity to go with them!

One lucky pizza-lover and a friend will experience Neapolitan pizza right from the source. Entering the contest is as easy as pie:

  1. Order a pizza while dining-in at either Motorino Wan Chai or SoHo to receive a boarding pass with the special code.
  2. Order on Black Sheep Restaurants GO and enter the code in ‘SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS’.
  3. Dig in, your entry into the #MILEPIECLUB is complete!

A pizza ordered in-restaurant AND through GO is equal to a completed entry. For more chances to win, keep eating more pizzas!
