Hummus 101 with Chef James Harrison

‘Hummus’ translates to ‘chickpea’ in Arabic, and the creamy, zesty blend of chickpeas, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice was little known outside of the region until recently. Now a global Middle Eastern staple, hummus is celebrated for its versatility.

James Harrison, a Lebanese cuisine expert and head chef at Maison Libanaise, gives insight into making hummus and a few insider tips.
