THAI HOSPITALITY COMES TO SOHO WITH BAAN BAAN POP-UP
Those evenings filled with laughter, the clink of glasses and the joyful sharing of plates — this is the essence of BAAN BAAN, celebrating the warmth of Thai hospitality from 3 February to 31 March.
A play on “Baan”, the Thai word for “home”, BAAN BAAN is a heartfelt tribute to cherished nights spent with family and friends. Chef Eak and Chef Art, the beating hearts of their respective kitchens in Ho Lee Fook and Fukuro, have come together under the guidance of Executive Chef ArChan Chan of Ho Lee Fook to curate a menu of the dishes they have long been preparing for team meals, the Black Sheep Team Canteen and group outings, inspired by the flavours and memories of their own upbringings in The Land of Smiles.
“Whenever they cook their food for us, everyone is happy,” says Chef ArChan. “Now, they have a stage to tell these stories and share a taste of their own heritage, culture, identity and home.”
At BAAN BAAN, each recipe tells a story, each flavour evokes a memory and every vibrant, spice-laden bite carries a touch of their history. Combining their culinary expertise with the spirit of their favourite gatherings, they have created a dining experience that feels like a warm invitation into their home.

FALCONE TAKES NEO-NEAPOLITAN TO NEW HEIGHTS ATOP THE PEAK
FALCONE, the all-day pizzeria Napoletana that celebrates the chaos and beauty of Naples, has found a new home atop The Peak. With an unpretentious menu crafted by Chefs Roberta and Josh, every dish is made fatto a mano, honouring the simplicity and soul of true Neapolitan cooking.
New to the menu are dishes like Zuppa di Ceci e Vongole, a hearty chickpea and clam soup, Strozzapreti Basilico e Tonno, hand-rolled pasta tossed with basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with tuna, and Torta dell’Ubriacone, a citrus “hangover cake” beloved in Naples.
Here, life is embraced in all its colours and emotions—the highs and the lows, the romance and the grit—all best enjoyed at the table, just as it should be.

MAISON LIBANAISE INTRODUCES TERWIIA LIBANAISE BY CHEF TEYA MIKHAEL
Maison Libanaise welcomes a new breakfast tradition with Terwiia Libanaise, led by Chef Teya. Inspired by her mornings in Lebanon, the event brings the simple pleasures of a Lebanese breakfast to Hong Kong. The table is set with an array of mezzes scooped with freshly baked pita, seasonal vegetables and fruits. This monthly tradition offers a true taste of Lebanese mornings, inviting diners to slow down, connect and savour every bite in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

SUPER TUSCAN NIGHT AT ASSOCIAZIONE CHIANTI
Starting this February, Associazione Chianti invites guests to savour the opulence of Super Tuscan Night every Wednesday, showcasing a dynamic array of daring wines by the glass. This exclusive soirée celebrates the visionary winemakers who boldly champion non-traditional international grape varietals, yielding exquisite blends of unparalleled distinction. On the evenings of 5 and 12 February, the enchanting Brusone, La Porrona 2008 takes the spotlight —an ode to its namesake, a devotee of organic viticulture. Crafted from a symphony of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Cesanese di Affile grapes, this velvety Super Tuscan entices with its rich tannic texture. Later, on the 19 and 26 of February, indulge in the sublime Torrione, the ‘chateau’ of the Petrolo winery. A masterful fusion of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Campo Lusso, this vibrant red harmoniously embodies the essence of its terroir. Prepare to be captivated by an evening of extraordinary wines, complemented by warm hospitality and a sumptuous Tuscan feast.

This Valentine’s Day, Black Sheep sets the stage for romance with enchanting dining experiences across its celebrated restaurants.
Buenos Aires Polo Club presents a four-course menu inspired by Argentina’s lush Pampas, while BELON showcases a refined seven-dish journey of modern French artistry. Carbone unites two signature favourites to a fuss-free date accompanied by a classic cocktail to delight every heart all February and invites couples to celebrate in swagger-filled New York-Italian style with a decadent five-course spread and Osteria Marzia transports diners to the Italian coast with ocean-inspired dishes.
For something more intimate, Maison Libanaise transforms its rooftop into a dreamy Lebanese hideaway, complete with twinkling lights and mezze to share. For a playful twist, Motorino offers heart-shaped pizzas perfect for an evening of love and laughter. Whether it is indulgent caviar at the Magistracy Dining Room or vibrant Greek fare at Artemis & Apollo, Black Sheep’s Valentine’s menus promise to celebrate love in all its forms.
