
Hong Kong’s beloved neo-Neapolitan pizzeria FALCONE has ascended to The Peak, bringing pizza and pasta with the unforgettable energy of Napoli to the city’s most coveted vantage point. FALCONE at The Peak pairs breathtaking views with the fatto a mano approach to Neapolitan cuisine of Chef Roberta De Sario (#88, World’s Top Pizza Chef Awards 2024) and Chef Josh Stumbaugh (grew up on a falcon farm).
Following the runaway success of FALCONE’s IFC location, Chefs Roberta and Josh continue to push boundaries while honouring Neapolitan flavour, introducing new menu highlights that capture the essence of Campania’s chaotic capital.
As a Neapolitan pizzeria, the humble pie remains at the heart of FALCONE’s offering. Exclusive to The Peak, the newly added Mortadella e Ricotta is topped with pistachio for a satisfying crunch. Alongside beloved signatures from the original location, The Peak brings back the O.G. favourite Salsiccia e Zucca, with creamy fior di latte, Japanese pumpkin, sausage and gorgonzola.
Guests at the new location can also enjoy a selection of Peak-exclusive dishes including the Zuppa di Ceci e Vongole, a soulful marriage of chickpeas and clams that speaks to Naples’ seafaring heritage, and the Strozzapreti Basilico e Tonno, hand-rolled pasta that showcases the chefs’ expertise.
“Back home we say, ‘Cchiù ncoppa jè meglio, ca cchiù bello se vede ‘o mare’, this means that the higher you go, the better, because the more you can admire the beauty of the sea,” says Chef Roberta, a Napoli native herself. “We are excited to make new friends up on The Peak who love pizza and pasta as much as we do.”
