We’ve recently started an exclusive wine programme upstairs at BELON, inviting both wine aficionados and novices to experience top-end rare bottles in a welcoming environment at an accessible price point.
Held every Wednesday from 6:30pm onward, the programme features a premium by-the-glass list and cellar of hard-to-find bottles at close to market prices.
The by-the-glass programme showcases one red, white and Champagne per evening. The cellar list is French-focused and represents most regions, and bottles range from prominent producers including Chateau Latour and Domaine de la Grange des Peres to small, esoteric selections that BELON champions such as L’Apostrophe L’Amandyere and Saumur Guiberteau.
Available both Upstairs at BELON as well as in the downstairs restaurant to pair with Chef Daniel Calvert’s inventive French-rooted, locally influenced dishes, the selection is focused on biodynamic, natural wine from small producers. All bottles are limited quantity and restricted allocation in Hong Kong, so guests have the opportunity to try scarce labels.
