This July, we bring back Black Series, the celebration of dining out, offering an array of curated menus of signature dishes at exceptional value across all of our restaurants. What Is New: Tacos 1986’s Hong Kong Debut, BELON Chef’s Counter and more 

For the first time ever, Black Series introduces a vibrant culinary collaboration to the experience lineup, bringing Tacos 1986 from Los Angeles to our no-fuss Taqueria Super Macho for their Hong Kong debut from 15 July to 17 July. You can expect their world-renowned flame-grilled Carne Asada (Grilled Steak) and Pollo Asado (Grilled Chicken), Adobada (Pork Al Pastor) cooked off the trompo, and Mushroom, all served in hand-made corn tortillas as a taco, vampiro, mulita or quesadilla, as well as Super Macho’s Hamachi Tostada, Bistec Con Queso and more. 

Experience an evening unlike any other at the MICHELIN-starred BELON Chef’s Counter, the beating heart of the Pearl of SoHo. Set apart from the main dining room, the bespoke culinary moment gives an unparalleled look at the magic behind the scenes, where Chef Mina Güçlüer and the skilled team precisely execute each dish, giving a first-hand glimpse of the flawless execution and orchestrated movements of the dynamic team as you dine on the 10-course anniversary menu with a sommelier’s selection of three glass wine or zero-proof pairing. The curated menu traces BELON’s journey from past to present, revisiting defining moments and reimagining them through the hands of Chef Mina. The Foie Gras Tartlet with Sauternes nods to the richness and precision that shaped BELON’s early years, while Green Asparagus with Caviar and Citrus Anglaise and 14-Day Aged Duck Apicius reflect the lighter, more restrained direction of the kitchen today. 

Le Bar at Jean-Pierre, The Polo Club and La Vache! Exchange Square Bar also join Black Series for the first time, each bringing their signature burger combo at unbeatable value.  

• Le Bar at Jean-Pierre: JP Burger with a Cornichon Martini,  

• The Polo Club: Grass-Fed Black Angus Beef Burger with a glass of Malbec,  

• La Vache! Exchange Square Bar: Burger Maison with a pint. 

This edition also introduces a slate of new dining experiences designed to surprise and delight. Mark a place in your diary to hike up to the Peak and enjoy Breakfast at FALCONE Peak over the weekends or discover Hanoi Brunch at Chôm Chôm, an unhurried afternoon filled with unlimited Vietnamese rolls. Alternatively, indulge in a regal afternoon fit for royalty only at the Nawabi Brunch at MICHELIN-recommended Prince and the Peacock, featuring a majestic spread of twelve dishes inspired by the opulent flavours of Nawabi cuisine, where every bite is a journey through the grandeur of Indian heritage and taste. 

Black Series also offers the perfect opportunity to dine at Black Sheep’s award-winning favourites, like MICHELIN-starred New Punjab Club and MICHELIN-recommended Magistracy Dining Room. At New Punjab Club, you can enjoy Chef Palash Mitra’s signature Keema Pau and Tandoori Cobia, as well as the Black Series exclusive Shinwari Karahi, Wagyu oxtail with Padron pepper. At Magistracy Dining Room, Chef Alyn Williams invites you  to a quintessential British experience in its historic dining room with classics, like ke Pacific Blue Prawn Cocktail, Steak Tartare and Slow-Roasted Rib of Beef.

Beyond exceptional-value menus, Black Series offers the opportunity to accumulate additional rewards on every visit. From your second Black Series booking onwards, you automatically receive 10% off the pre-payment for their next booking. On your fourth visit, you receive a Black Sheep gift card valued at HKD 500, redeemable at any time outside of Black Series. 

Extra Perk For American Express Cardholders 

Black Sheep is partnering with American Express for the second time to bring American Express Cardholders additional perks during Black Series. All guests who book with an American Express Centurion or Platinum card will receive a complimentary off-menu dish from the chef upon arrival. 

Other featured experiences include: 

• Good Fortune Club at Ho Lee Fook, an opulent afternoon with never-ending dim sum and Cantonese classics, inclusive of a bottle of Champagne per guest;  

• Sunday Roast at Magistracy Dining Room, set to elevate weekend dining with highlights including Crispy Crackling Pork Belly & Slow-Cooked Rib of Beef, Double-Baked Lincolnshire Poacher Soufflé and Peach Melba Baked Alaska flambéed tableside;
