Black Series Returns Offering The Most Exceptional Value Yet

This January, Black Sheep brings back its beloved celebration of dining out, offering an array of unmissable curated menus and signature dishes at an exceptional value across all its restaurants. More than just a typical dining week, it is when the chefs, captains and talented hospitalitiers under the Black Sheep banner unite as one for ten days to celebrate the magic that true hospitality can provide.

From 25 January to 4 February, this latest edition provides guests an opportunity to experience the very best of Black Sheep for less than they would spend on their usual January indulgences, from extravagant gym memberships to green juice detox routines. For a fraction of the cost of a pair of new sneakers or a day stuck waiting in long lines at the local amusement park, Black Sheep invites guests to savour both timeless classics and all-new dishes at Hong Kong’s favourite restaurants for both lunch and dinner to kick off the new year.

Samosa Chaat at New Punjab Club

Beloved MICHELIN star favourites New Punjab Club (from HK$398), and BELON (from HK$1,188) each offer unforgettable experiences. Guests at New Punjab Club can dine on Black Series exclusives Amritsari Machli, line-caught cobia goujons, and the return of the beloved Samosa Chaat in the regal surroundings of our boisterous tandoor grillhouse, while BELON presents an elegant offering including Hiramasa with Caviar Vinaigrette and the exclusive Smoked Pekin Duck “A L’ananas”.

Pacific Blue Prawn Cocktail at Magistracy Dining Room

Magistracy Dining Room (from HK$658) serves timeless British excellence with the Black Series-exclusive Roasted Plaice; this reimagined historic space continues to charm with its classic Caesar Salad, Pacific Blue Prawn Cocktail and exquisite slow-roasted Prime Rib served with a beurre rouge sauce and Pommery mustard butter.

Walk-in hotspots FALCONE (from HK$258) and Chôm Chôm (from HK$298) are available for booking exclusively for this series, as well. At FALCONE, guests can indulge in the rich flavours of Napoli with the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, featuring potato gnocchi and buffalo mozzarella, alongside an array of neo-Neapolitan pizzas and pasta. Head to Chôm Chôm for the all-new Wagyu Bo Tai Chanh, charred wagyu skirt steak with kaffir lime, offering a taste of Vietnamese flavour on SoHo’s favourite stoop.

Nam Vang-Style Chicken Wings at Le Garçon Saigon

As Black Series continues, the reimagined menu from Le Garçon Saigon (from HK$208) by Chef Theign Phan and Chef Thai Dang offers a different kind of Vietnamese experience over in Wan Chai, featuring Nam Vang-Style Chicken Wings, bringing the intense smoky flavours of Saigon’s grilling culture to life in the heart of Hong Kong.

All-American diner Burger Circus offers a special burger, fries and drink combo at HK$98 all through Black Series, and visitors to Canadian dive bar The Last Resort can get their hands on Buffalo Tenders with Blue Cheese Dip and a House Cocktail or Beer for HK$80. And for those with a sweet tooth, Butter is getting in on the action, offering a bonus cake or pie slice for every two slices purchased at Butter Cake Shop’s Staunton or K11 Musea locations, or a special Black Series cookie for every half-dozen at the Pacific Place Butter Cookies Truck.

Black Series bookings open on 19 January and can be made by visiting here. Reservations for Black Series are first-come, first-served, non-refundable and all bookings are final. Full menus can be viewed via the website.
