This unrecognisable edition of Black Series sees the most obvious price cuts in history with signature menus at unbeatable value across all restaurants for lunch and dinner.

But wait, there’s more!!! Black Series: Blowout presents Deals of the Day, a daily offering of last-minute flash sales announced on @blacksheeprestaurants. Follow along for super savings like a 60-plus percent price slash on lamb chops by the kilo at Artemis & Apollo, a plate of Chôm Chôm’s VFC wings for a steal of a deal, BOGO at Hotal Colombo, as much pizza as your heart desires at Motorino, and much more.

New to the line-up of Black Series are Sushi Haru and the recently opened Magistracy Dining Room, a timeless London restaurant and one of the first venues in the multi-storey, multi-phase undertaking, The Magistracy. Crown jewels BELON and New Punjab Club will be returning to offer MICHELIN-starred dining with specially curated, value-for-money experiences.

To accompany the good spirits and sake, Elgin’s hideaway for night owls lights up SoHo with a menu of classic izakaya fare (388 per guest). Expect almost every Fukuro heavy-hitter that ever was including Beef Tartare, market fish Sushi Taco, Drunken Clams, Spicy Chicken Karaage, Yakiniku Beef Udon, and the signature if-you-know-you-know Crispy Caramel Butter Corn.

Let our teppan chefs lead the way with a lavish affair at Crown Super Deluxe for lunch (428 per guest) or dinner (588 per guest). Where food meets flair, the menu begins on a delicate note with Mushroom Salad and Assorted Toyosu Market Sashimi, before presenting a sizzling 160g of melt-in-your-mouth US Prime Tenderloin. Warm up with winter teppan favourites Garlic Fried Rice, Grilled Seasonal Vegetables, and Miso Soup as the theatrics unfold.

For meat-lovers, few experiences beat the simple pleasures of a perfectly cooked steak. Satisfy carnivorous cravings at the lively brasserie La Vache!, where the classic combo of steak-frites remains but at an even better value and one easy payment of $398 $328 per guest. Expect to start with a refreshing Green Salad with Walnuts followed by 10oz USDA Prime Ribeye Steak, and plates upon plates of unlimited golden frites. Choose from Mille-Feuille, Black Forest, or Strawberry Rose Tart for dessert.

Or, enjoy a long and leisurely evening in Tuscany at Associazione Chianti. Tuck into a menu (688 per guest) of ingredients-focused classics at Wan Chai’s charming trattoria, starting with a selection of antipasti before moving onto Garganelli omaggio a cammillo, pasta with a Chianti beef ragu and parmesan inspired by Florence’s Trattoria Cammillo. Choice of mains includes Controfiletto con l’osso, a thick-cut 450g bone-in striploin, or get a taste of the legendary Trattoria Sostanza in Florence with Pollo al Burro Omaggio a Sostanza, chicken breast pan-fried in a luxurious puddle of brown butter.
